Set up 10 cups into islands of 3, 3, 2, and 2. You choose where to place these islands, but a maximum of 2 cups can be placed in a horizontal row. You can only be re-racked at 5 cups, and you choose where to put an island of 3 and an island of 2 following the same spacing requirements as above.
