- Obviously, as the ability requires refilling empty cups, Venezuela must have sunk some of the opposition’s cups.
- As a reminder, if the opposition sinks a balls back or grenade to end the game, you do not get to activate Economic Hardship. That is because the game is over and it is not your turn, and you can only activate this ability on your turn (like most abilities).
