- To clarify, the Pope Cup can be affected by a rim shot, bounce shot, or grenade after the surrounding 6 cups are removed. E.g., a grenade in the Pope Cup (when it is not touching any other cups) ends the game with no redemption.
- Vatican City can be re-racked on normal triangle numbers (3 and 6). There's probably not many times it's worthwhile doing, though. If Vatican City is re-racked, they choose where the Pope Cup is located.
- Vatican City can accidentally end the game if they drop a ball in their own Pope Cup, but only if there are no cups surrounding it. If there are any cups surrounding, the cup is not removed and the shot is void (they do not get to reshoot).
