Turkey must flip a coin at the start of their turn. Turkey’s team starts with 2 balls (as normal), however, if they called the coin toss correctly, they get +1 shot. If they call incorrectly, they get -1 shot. This effect is permanent and stacks each turn. The minimum is 0 shots per turn, and the maximum is 4 shots per turn.
