Singapore is well known for how clean they keep their streets. If all of Singapore’s shots hit the ground, the opposition is hit with a littering penalty and loses a shot on their next turn. Meaning, the opposition must catch at least one ball (or safely remove it from a cup) without it hitting the ground.
