Superior Weapons Program
Before their turn, North Korea must roll a die. If they roll a 1 or a 2, North Korea miss their turn. If they roll a 3, the team gets one shot. If they roll a 4, the team gets two shots. If they roll a 5, the team gets three shots. If they roll a 6, they are incredibly superior. They get four shots.
Escape Attempt
When North Korea have 6 cups or less on their side, they can attempt to escape the country. At the start of their turn (after the dice roll), North Korea can annouce they are attempting to escape. If both players then land a shot, they have successfully escape the country and don’t have to use the dice anymore. Two attempts max.
