Monaco has the option to predict how many cups the opposition will sink on their turn. For a correct guess, they gain an extra shot on their next turn. For an incorrect guess, they lose a shot. Monaco can guess any feasible number (including zero). This ability is void once the opposition has 3 or less cups remaining.
