Border Crossing

Every third turn, Mexico may perform one bounce shot that the opposition is not allowed to block or interfere with. If interfered with, the shot counts as going in and the opposition must drink two. The opposition can intercept the ball after two bounces. Border Crossing must be announced prior to shooting or the shot is void, in order to reduce confusion over defending legitimate bounce shots.
