Further clarifications and interactions
- Malawi’s water cups are special cups, and therefore cannot be moved or removed by other countries.
- If the opposition sinks one shot in a normal cup, then sinks a Lake Malawi cup, all shots on that turn are void. Meaning, if the opposition drops a ball in their own cup they could technically void the shot by sinking a water cup.
- Lake Malawi is not triggered if Malawi successfully blows a ball out of a normal cup and into a water cup. The remaining cups (if any were sunk) are still removed.
- If Malawi accidentally drop their own ball into a Lake Malawi cup, they do not get to reshoot that shot, but all other shots on their turn are not void. Play continues as normal.
- A grenade in a normal game cup adjacent to a water cup does not trigger Lake Malawi.
