Oktoberfest

At any point during their turn, Germany can declare Oktoberfest to gain two extra shots. In exchange, they have to drink the next cup that is sunk on the opposition’s side. This ability has two uses, and cannot be used if the opposition only has one cup left. Using this ability counts as starting a new turn for Germany (i.e., grenades do not carry over).
