At any point during the game, England can impose one of the following effects for 3 turns.
– Trick shots only.
– Bounce shots are unblockable.
– Grenades are nullified and only count for one cup.
These effects can apply to England and/or the opposing side. Only one Royal Decree can be passed per game.
At any time during the match, England may resign/withdraw from the match without consequence. Drinking penalties for the opposite team still apply.
