No Soup for You!

Getting thirsty? Croatia controls the coastline and can choose when their opposition drinks. If Croatia sinks a cup, they can make the opposition hold it indefinitely. The opposition can pour the liquid into one cup, but if that gets full they must then hold two cups. If anything is drunk prematurely, or spilled, it must be refilled. However, if Croatia lose the game, and the opposition is still holding cups, Croatia now must drink these cups. We recommend using the ‘Bitch Cup’ rule here as well (see Game Rules).
