Great Wall

China is allowed to use their empty cups to create a Great Wall in front of their game cups. The Wall can only be a maximum of two cups high, and must be at least two cup in front of China’s cups. If the Wall is altered/knocked over, China can rebuild after a one-turn cooldown.
