- Targeted Attack cannot be used to delay an opponent's ability back-to-back. The ability must be activated at the next possible chance once the opposition sinks a cup.
- Somalia: If Burkina Faso activates Attempted Coup and, by chance, chooses Somalia's final pirate ship cup, Somalia must declare that the cup was indeed a pirate ship cup, however, the cup is not removed. At least you know which cup to shoot for.
